CONTEMPLATIVE LISTENING
I will gently enquire into what is most important to you right now.
I will observe and then reflect upon your words, body language and any shifts that I feel are relevant, and will respond appropriately these observations. I will then invite you share any of your own reflections.
THRIVE CALLS
These calls are an opportunity to check in together. We will explore whether you are feeling aligned, happy and moving forward with the programme we are working on. We can focus these calls on your needs, for example; building confidence, letting go, staying accountable, motivation, self-worth, creating routine, creating healthy habits such as healthy eating, exercise, sleep routines and managing screen time.

Week 1: Listening
This journey is a really exciting process, beginning with a 45 minute contemplative listening call.
Week 2: Values
We then move onto understanding what is really important to you right now? We take time to delve and discover your core values in life; where they come from and where you want to take them. (45mins)
Week 3: Identity Discovering your characters and roles
After your values are set, we spend time meeting and challenging the roles and characters you play in life, to reveal your identity. We move through a variety of processes to understand where and why you play these roles. We ask: if you would like to keep or adjust these roles and where could they take you in the future? This simple yet profound process will help to clarify who you are right now, how you relate to your values, and what actions you can take to start embodying your values. Navigating a world of uncertainty is much easier when you know who you are, and what and whom you value truly in life. (45mins)
Week 4: Identity conformation
We reflect back over last week’s calls to make sure what we discovered feels true and real. We allow time for fresh discussion and reflection. From here I hope to unveil the real you, so that next week we can create your purpose, and see where you are going or want to go. (45mins)
Week 5: Purpose
In this week we work together to create a ‘purpose’ statement to set out your journey through streamlined actions that generate momentum. I will encourage you to find comfort in the current uncertainty, learn to live an intentional life with a sense of clarity, direction and excitement. (45mins)
Week 6: Vision
Finding your purpose is so exciting; next we start to put purpose into action. I’ll hold the map and you take the compass and together we can plan your vision and dream. Imagine what life will be like when your vision is fulfilled. If you haven’t created or have never thought about your vision, or have been too scared to even dream, then let’s explore what the vision of your ideal life looks like, so that you know what you’re working towards; which opportunities to accept, and which ones to let go. Sometimes the hardest part is letting go. (45mins)
Week 7: Mission
With a purpose and vision in hand, we can make this plan happen. Prepare to take off into your mission! I will make sure you have the tools to walk this path with confidence and strength. We refine your goals, take an inventory of your available resources, identify the major milestones, and anticipate possible challenges, so that you can successfully complete your mission and move one step closer to fulfilling your vision. I can either navigate this journey with you, just behind you or set you free! (45mins)
Week 8: Reflect and Renew
Finally, we discuss our time together. What was the most powerful and helpful element of this coaching experience? Do you feel inspired to take off on your mission and discover your destination as a whole, capable and confident human being? Or would you like to be supported further? If so, how? (45mins)
