About Mouse
Mouse is a qualified yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and pre/postnatal yoga teacher whose greatest passion is helping children and teenagers thrive. Through fun, engaging and thoughtfully designed classes, she supports young people to develop confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeing, while nurturing their physical health in a safe and encouraging environment.
Alongside yoga, Mouse has a deep love of cooking and believes that good nutrition is the foundation of a healthy, happy life. She has worked with private clients and travelled internationally for culinary roles, but one of her greatest joys is teaching children how nourishing food can positively impact their bodies and minds. Her philosophy is simple:
"You have to nourish to flourish."
Mouse has over thirteen years' experience as a PE teacher across both the independent and state education sectors in London and overseas, including leadership positions as Head of Sport at two leading Central London schools. Her extensive experience working with children of all ages has given her a strong understanding of child development, behaviour, confidence, and mental wellbeing.
During the pandemic, Mouse expanded her expertise by qualifying as a Yoga and Life Coach, gaining her Level 1 ICF accreditation. This holistic coaching approach combines traditional life coaching principles with yoga, breathwork and meditation to help adults reconnect with their values, identity and purpose.
Drawing on both her coaching qualifications and years of experience working with young people, Mouse also created her own Teen and Young Adult Mentorship Programme. She provides a supportive, non-judgemental space where children, teenagers and young adults can navigate exam pressure, school transitions, university choices, gap years, sports scholarship preparation, self-confidence and life's wider challenges. Her coaching encourages a balanced approach to wellbeing through movement, nutrition, mindfulness and a positive growth mindset.
Today, Mouse lives and works between Suffolk, London and Kenya, delivering yoga, wellbeing and mindfulness sessions in schools, nurseries and kindergartens, alongside private classes and mentoring. Her aim is to equip young people with practical tools they can use throughout life to build confidence, emotional resilience and inner calm.
Having grown up across several countries, Mouse has always embraced different cultures, communities and ways of life. She believes these experiences have shaped her open-minded, compassionate approach to teaching. Whether working with a toddler taking their first yoga class, a teenager facing exam pressures, or an adult seeking greater balance, Mouse's mission remains the same: to help people feel stronger, calmer, more connected, and empowered to flourish.

Yoga
Little Human Yoga
Mouse currently works with nurseries to deliver fun, engaging and explorative yoga classes with children in the EYFS stages (2-5yrs) of their education. Starting at the ages of 2 years old, her classes enable children to develop both fine and gross motor skills, balance, coordination, friendships and confidence. Within her sessions, children will be taken on a story-based adventure where Mouse likes to incorporate other aspects of the EYFS education, as well as teaching children about their bodies work.
Primary School Yoga
Classes from Y1-8 focus on continuing the development of motor skills, balance, coordination, self-awareness, while also expanding their knowledge of their body and the wider world around them. Sessions are typically delivered in a school club setting or private home, where the three main focal points are based around fun, flexibility and focus.
Teen Yoga
Mouse focuses a lot of her teaching work with pre-teens and teenagers, helping relieve schoolwork and exam anxiety through the physical practice of yoga. Mouse also emphasises educating teens on the importance of movement, balanced nutrition and good sleep hygiene as well as other aspects of healthy life; in order to aid their wider emotional and social wellbeing. Which in turn improves learning capabilities. Mouse also works with pre-teens and teenagers with a range of different special educational needs, tailoring her classes to their specific requirements. Yoga is also a fun and safe space to explore the functions and capabilities of one's body. Essential when navigating 'teenhood'!
Adult Yoga
In addition to her dedication to teaching children, Mouse is passionate about sharing her practice with adults of all ages, backgrounds, and levels of yoga experience. She particularly enjoys guiding beginners on their yoga journey through her restorative, yin, and vinyasa flow classes, where she thoughtfully blends various elements to create the ideal session for restoration, rejuvenation, and reset. Her most impactful work, however, lies in supporting school staff and teachers. As an educator herself, she understands the unique needs of teachers and school staff to find peace and balance, nurturing their well-being while feeling understood and supported in their work environment.

She offers personalized sessions that are designed to inspire, organize, and help them reach their goals and aspirations. Just like in her adult coaching, Mouse educates and motivates young people to appreciate the positive effects of movement, mindfulness, nutrition, and sleep.
